This question is already answered by the Naruto Manga 390. It’s true that Itachi used Amaterasu against Sasuke to burn him but not his eyes. Sasuke was burned but Itachi made sure that Sasuke’s eyes were protected.

Everybody knows that Itachi and Sasuke were now out of Chakra. Itachi for sure will hardly use strong jutsu for that fact that he’s already exhausted. However, Sasuke promised that he has 1 more jutsu to be used. This is the reason why the latest Naruto Manga chapter was entitled “The Final Jutsu”.
Now, let’s all guess. What do you think is the Final Jutsu? At least give us hint on what you are thinking of.
Here is my guess: The final jutsu of Sasuke uses the chakra of Orochimaru through the curse seal.

dumb la u… itachi use to much of his eye and sasuke use all his chakara up and his orchi in side him was taken away from him by itachi’s susano’o read manga la noob

OMG!!!!!!did anyone read the last chapter…itachi passed out and no he didnt lose sasuke lost itachi just passed out and thats it…if he hadn’t passed out he would have external mangekyou sharingan,but no he had to overuse his sharingan and pass out but yeah itachi’s still going to take sasuke’s eyes!

FINNALY a FULL PLAN FLAWLESS of itachi’s life…..THE TRUTH BEHIDE ITACHI”S life all along was to kill TOBI (uchiha madara)…. itachi as u all knew in the early ep was a dispeakable man who killed his clan except his little bro and make sasuke hate him for life….. THIS WAS ITACHI’s PLAN…as u all noe sasuke was always weaker then his bro in everything they did and sasuke wasnt able to catch up wif itachi at all… but READ THIS CAREFULLY itachi always POKE his forehead remeber?itachi always learn NEW SKILLs and transfer into sasuke was some jusus he learn because he knew tat he will supass him and kill TOBI…. IT looks like itachi ’s life is gone now.. SASUKE cried over his brother?NOw having his believes on wat madara had told him … sasuke joined akatsuki together wif ‘HAWK’ and the two group glims over the herisen to crush konoha … will sasuke be stop? Watch manga more and find out!!! and it have been long i reply this website seens i was busy haha!! take care ppl.. hope my notes will keep u updated on naruto series

yeah i read the last chapter and i was also shocked that sauske shed tears for his brother even after what he put him through….but it was for sasuke’s future but sasuke isa gonna mess things up and go and destory konaha. what do yopu think Naruto is gonna dop when sasuke attepmets to kill Konaha and all it’s people. wopuld he hesitae. and itachi gave naruto some power doies that mean he can withsatnd the power of the sharigan. well write back and let me know
