Whew! I almost lost my breath while reading hte Naruto Manga Chapter 389. Sasuke really turns the tide. The Mangekyu of Itachi didn’t work against Sasuke. It’s like saying that Uchiha Madara is nothing against Sasuke.
Well, just like what the Naruto Manga had revealed, the new generation ninja are pretty much good than the old generation. Ohh? You haven’t heard of that before? Well, I wrote a post about that: “The Cycle of Life - Naruto Manga Chapter 342.”
But, hey… the war of Sasuke and Itachi is not yet finished. In the end part of the chapter, it was said that Sasuke’s dark flame it up the flame of Itachi. Hmmm! I am thinking of something weird here. Remember Itachi has his Mangekyu yet. So let’s just wait for the release of the next chapter to see if what I am thinking is true.

The black flame is Amaterasu and it’s not Sasuke’s it is from Itachi. And I must say, it will be very hard for Sasuke to escape from this one. It was so strong that Itachi’s eyes bled when he cast it. Amaterasu, they say is an everlasting flame from hell that can burn for 7 days and 7 nights until it devours everything in its path.

im just confuse why itachi’s use the Amaterasu to Sasuke? if the black flame hit sasuke, sasuke will turn into dust together with his eye

i think the black flame is from Sasuke considering that he has the power of Orochimarus curse seal…
Anyway, let’s just wait for the next chapter to clear this out

Amaterasu is a MS technique so Sasuke can’t use it. Itachi once casted it, on Jiraiya’s frog’s stomach wall.
Zetsu was expecting the jutsu from Itachi.
Itachi started forming the Amaterasu seals since Sasuke was able to counter/avoid the Tsukuyomi.
It was Itachi that said “AMATERASU”.
His eye bled, showing the effect of the jutsu on him.
And the black flame was obviouslly coming from Itachi’s side.
What makes people think Sasuke produced the black flame? But let’s just wait as Naruto Fan said.
But I’m really starting to get tired of this fight (at least thank God there was something interesting in the last chapter). But I can’t wait to see what’s going on with Naruto and Tobi.

If you don’t already have the answer; he stopped the technique before it got to Sasuke’s eyes. But it didn’t burn Sasuke much, coz he (Sasuke) used a very expensive replacement technique from Orochimaru. Which made him lose virtually all his chakra, but he says he still has one more thing up his sleeves. That’ll hopefully be in chapter 401.
