We’re previously wondering why the Naruto Shippuuden episode 25 was called “3 Minutes Between Life and Death”. We all thought that this title means that the poison of Sasori’s weapons will take effect in 3 minutes. But soon as I watched the episode 25, I realized that that it’s not the poison that will take effect in 3 minutes but the antidote created by Sakura.
While the anti-venom is still active in Sakura’s body, all the poison that will enter her system will only be broken into useless protein. With this, Sakura made the decision that they should defeat Sasori within 3 minutes.

well i’m really sorry to disagree with your explanation.
it’s the fact that when the poison’s effect will wear off sakura won’t be able to fight beacause of the poison and by the time she can move again by the use of another antidote she’d be dead for sure.
